Responsibilities
- Develop and grow existing accounts by fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Handle vendor leads and incoming calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Assist the imprint team in securing orders and meeting customer requirements.
- Utilize reporting to analyze sales data and manage accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments internally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, vendors and colleagues.
- Sound knowledge of profit margins and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Freight knowledge is an asset, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive sales solutions.
Demonstrated 2 years’ experience in sales.
Physical RequirementsLong periods of sitting.
