We are looking for an experienced General Manager that has some experience in the hospitality industry. The GM would need to understand the day-to-day operations of the facility as well as budgeting, financial planning, and cost control of the operations. You would have to understand how to build, explain, and read a PNL statement. The General Manager would have to understand marketing and how to grow sales from year to year, including for holiday planning for hours of operations as well as scheduling levels. This position requires the ability to hire great staff, train and develop many levels of staff to continue to grow the facility. The General Manager would have to be able to understand all the health and safety regulations as well as be Serve Safe Certified.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
