Join Our Team as a Receptionist!

Your Role:
As a Receptionist at PowerChurch Software, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering multiple phone lines with a welcoming tone.
• Efficiently identifying caller needs to direct them to the appropriate department, such as Technical Support.
• Taking product orders and answering general questions.
• Performing data entry tasks.
• Assisting in various administrative tasks.

• The ability to effectively screen and identify caller needs.
• A comfortable familiarity with computer terminology.

• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in managing challenging customer interactions.
• A proven track record of good attendance and reliability.
