Scope of Job
Product management at PowerFlex is a hands-on and cross-functional role. Product Managers are essential in planning, building, and supporting hardware and software products that our users love coming back to, time and again. We hire Product Managers who place a premium on scalability, security, and supportability.

Location
This role is open to be 100% remote or a hybrid role out of one of our offices (Mountain View, CA, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA orNew York, NY.)For candidates not based in Mountain View, CA or greater Bay Area, quarterly travel to the Mountain View Office would be required.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $102,500 - $171,000 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.
Physical Requirements
Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
Working Conditions
90-100% of time is spent in an office environment, using computers, phones, and general office equipment. Business travel may be required.
