JOB DESCRIPTION
HOBBS/CARLSBAD, NM AND ODESSA/MIDLAND, TX PERMIAN BASIN
Entry Level Salary 65K/yr
No experience is required, however preference will be given to applicants with communications experience.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Install, Rig Down, diagnose and troubleshoot electronic communications systems and related equipment.
· Install crown boosters on top of derrick. Harnessed climbing required. Safety training provided relative to position.
· Excellent communications skills required with customers, team members, and IT. Must have legible penmanship and be able to maintain necessary paperwork in an efficient, organized manner.
· Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
Required / Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Knowledge of communications, networking, and related communications equipment and components is preferred; training will be provided.
· Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record in accordance with fleet insurance requirements
· Must be currently able to pass drug screening, no exceptions.
· Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
· Must be able and willing to climb.
· Candidates with IT, Communications, and oilfield experience preferred but not required.
