ppcpartners is Hiring a Panel Technician Near Wrightstown, WI

 
This role will have the ability to build entire electrical and pneumatic control panels for customers to meet their ever changing needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Panel building and fabrication
  • Be able to work with other team members or alone
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet customer demands 
  • Understand electrical circuits and panel building processes
  • Understand the components and design layout of panels 
  • Ability to read and understand extensive blue prints
  • Ability to make templates for larger scale products and replicate processes
  • Pull wires and create layouts
  • Onsite customer support
  • Ability to trouble shoot problems 
  • Communicating with customer to correct and fix any issues at their sites 
  • Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
  • Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others, and bringing it to their attention.
  • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
  • Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
  • Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
