PPG is Hiring a Maintenance / Reliability Manager Near High Point, NC
You will directly report to the Plant Manager and will be located in the Thomasville, NC Plant. PPG offers excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits; matching 401k retirement savings; and Paid Vacation, Holiday pay
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Perform experienced maintenance services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
- Oversee mechanics/technicians who specialize in equipment service repair. Administer training programs to ensure operations, preventive repair programs and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts.
- Journeyman for 8-10 or more years, generally with formal trade schooling. May have an associates degree.
- At least 3 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience required.
