PPLSI is Hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager Near Ada, OK
ResponsibilitiesUnder moderate supervision, this role is pertinent to the success of the paid marketing channel and D2C by working closely with the Performance Marketing Director to grow the affiliate programs and our offerings. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will implement a strategy for program growth while keeping affiliate metrics in line with company requirements.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy as well as excellent time and project management skills. The ability to manage various timelines and projects at the same time is important to the success of this role.
Performance Outcomes
Affiliate Program Management
- Responsible for day-to-day communication and support for our affiliate partners
- Routinely audit affiliate links to ensure proper tracking and messaging
- Negotiate with affiliate partners to optimize our existing payment terms as well as work to improve affiliate performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as creative teams, product teams, technical teams
- Manage reporting needs through Google Analytics, affiliate partner platform, and our internal analytics team
- Proactive communication with potential affiliates to join our LegalShield and/or IDShield affiliate programs
- Research new ways to grow the affiliate programs
- Provide ongoing actionable performance insights to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously strive to improve key metrics relevant to the company goals
- Work closely with our internal analytics team on affiliate retention improvement
- Build and execute an affiliate strategy showcasing year over year growth in the channel
- Responsible for communication to affiliates regarding program updates, special promotions, etc.
- Communicate with D2C and PIET regarding promo code needs for affiliates and manage those promo codes to ensure proper tracking and pricing
- Be the resident expert on the affiliate programs, affiliate marketing, and what is happening in the affiliate space
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior affiliate team members, including necessary training and coaching
- Provide thought leadership on how to sustain and grow the current affiliate programs as well as ways to partner with other divisions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
- 5 years in digital marketing or affiliate marketing required
- Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to identify problems and solve them independently
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to upper leadership
