Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and competent Project Manager or Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of 2-3 custom homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Superintendent in residential construction.
• Extensive knowledge of custom home building processes and practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
