About the Job

As a Sales Specialist of the Direct Sales Division, you will handle qualified leads using conversational selling for inside sales calls, and have the opportunity to earn a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking career-minded professionals to join our team and be part of an exciting and creative industry.

Your Impact

As a Sales Agent, you'll:

  • Engage with business owners over the phone with a positive and outgoing personality!
  • Sell products and services to SMBs, showcasing their value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Complete between 25-30 calls per day while maintaining appropriate call handle times.
  • Maintain a regular work schedule of Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm ET.
  • Having 1-2 year of experience is an asset; this position is first level of sales.

This role offers a competitive salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
