Advanced Practitioner- Monroe Express Clinic/Freeport Urgent Care- Monroe Clinic- Monroe, WI & Freeport, IL SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group in Monroe is actively recruiting a part-time (.6 fte) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care & Express Clinic teams. This position will have autonomy, and will be scheduled to work at the Monroe, WI Express Clinic and Freeport, IL Urgent Care clinics.
