Job Description:
Tanner Health System is recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to work at Primary Care of Bremen in a clinic-based position.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides patient services through the performance of patient evaluation, assessment and treatment in the medical office setting as allowed by state licensure laws under the supervision of the medical director. The nurse practitioner/physician assistant works closely with the clinic staff, hospital departments and community agencies.
Structure of position: * Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Primary office location in Bremen, GA
• Will carry own patient base as well as cover for other providers when they are not in clinic

Education
Master's Degree
Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Experience
Six months of related experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications

• Georgia Registered Nurse License (for NP)
• Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR)
