MyMichigan Health Park Bay is a state-of-the-art facility that was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment.
MidMichigan Medical Offices - Beaverton is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) and a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
MidMichigan Health Park - Houghton Lake is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) designated to receive funding from the federal government through grant programs
