EMERGENCY GENERAL SURGERY OPPORTUNITY IN SOUTHERN OREGON!Asante is seeking an Emergency General Surgeon to join our team in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Our well-established surgical group has 6 general surgeons, 1 colorectal surgeon, 2 PA's, and an excellent support staff. We provide services at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, our 125-bed community hospital that has an excellent reputation. If you love the outdoors, you will love living in Southern Oregon! Duties include:
  • Work in collaboration with other general surgeons; surgical services from admission through discharge/develop plans/etc.
  • Will participate in Emergency Department (ED) call schedule
  • Respond to ED general surgery calls within specific timeframe
  • Manage all urgent & emergency general surgical needs
  • Round on general surgery patients
  • Weekly clinic for postoperative visits and hospital follow up
  • 30 shifts per calendar quarter (24-hour shifts)
