The Specifics:
- Seeking a full-time broadly trained general surgeon interested in a variety of aspects of surgery.
- General surgery to include breast cancer cases.
- Elective practice with ED and Trauma.
- Robotics.
- Team of 7-8 surgeons and 2 APPs.
- Call ratio of 1:7 or 1:8 depending on staffing.
- ATLS certification required.
- Competitive compensation package including sign on and relocation bonuses.
- Opportunity for incentive bonuses.

The Specifics:
- Base Salary: $541,583.00, Plus Production Bonus and Quality Bonus.
- EPIC EMR.
- Comprehensive benefits include 6 weeks of vacation, medical, dental and vision insurance.
- CME/Academy stipend, malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
- 401k with match and 457b.
- The hospital is a 403b non-for-profit and qualifies for public student loan forgiveness.
- MD/DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery at time of employment.
- Ability to be licensed in the State of Washington.
- DEA, NPI and prescription authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
