Wilson Health is located in Shelby County, Ohio where this family-oriented community offers easy access to metropolitan areas of Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus. This employment opportunity also offers the candidate the benefits of hospital employment while sharing an office-based practice with existing Internal Medicine physicians, and receiving their full support in maintaining and growing the Internal Medicine practice and participation in the WH Hospitalist Program allows this Internal Medicine practice opportunity to be an outpatient only practice setting.
- Ability to see 20 to 25 patients per day
- 4 or 5-day work week
- Flexible schedule
- Enjoy a 1 in 4 call rotation with OP call only
- EMR- Meditech
- Incentive bonus plan based on RVU’s
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance/Employer Contribution to HAS
- 401k retirement plan with employer contributions totaling 4.5% of eligible wages (Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing)
- 457b retirement plan
- ROTH IRA option in 2023
- 28 days of PTO and additional sick time
- CME stipend (taxable income)
- Relocation stipend (taxable income)
- LTD/STD (STD is elective)
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
- Sign on bonus and loan repayment both available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.
