Schneck Medical Center, located in Seymour, IN, is looking to add an additional physician to our Med/Peds Hospitalist Program.
Current Hospitalists Team
Schneck Medical Center, located in Seymour, IN, is looking to add an additional physician to our Med/Peds Hospitalist Program.
Current Hospitalists Team
- Dr. Elton Chambers, IM/Peds
- Dr. Jonathan Light, IM/Peds
- Dr. Ryan Stone, IM/Peds
- Dr. Marion Huff, IM/Peds
- Dr. Joseph Lamb, IM/Peds
- Dr. Courtney Savilla, IM/Peds
- $70,000 Sign-on bonus/Loan repayment
- $20,000 Residency Stipend
- 10-hour shifts with home call
- RN and social workers dedicated to Hospitalist coordination
- Attends C-sections
- Newborn and pediatric consults
- Admits to pediatric unit
- Manage adults and peds in SAME DAY
- Our Hospitalists are highly regarded by our other physicians and considered to be INPATIENT EXPERTS.
- Position does not function as triage nurse. Duties include a lot of specialty work, including:
- Surgical Consultations
- Support for Nephrology
- Managing ICU Patients - Variety of Care
- Leading Quality Initiatives
- Nursing Education
- Surgical Co-Management
- Cardiology Support
- Ventilator Care
- Oncology Support
- Care for Unassigned Patients (less than 10% are unassigned
- Friendly Environment with a very collegial medical staff
- Current Hospitalists work as a TEAM
- Accessible and Cooperative Administration
- Magnet Nursing Facility
