Academic Urologists at Erlanger offers fellowship-trained expertise in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor disorders including female urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We provide the highest quality medical and surgical care in a minimally invasive fashion, so that our patients return quickly to healthy, active and productive lives. Our specialists are highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of:
Academic Urologists at Erlanger offers fellowship-trained expertise in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor disorders including female urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We provide the highest quality medical and surgical care in a minimally invasive fashion, so that our patients return quickly to healthy, active and productive lives. Our specialists are highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of:
- Urinary incontinence, overactive bladder and retention
- Interstitial cystitis
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Urinary tract infections
- Pelvic floor or bladder pain
- Pain with intercourse
- Prolapse of the bladder
- MD of DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Fellowship trained in Female Pelvic Medicine Reconstructive Surgery FPMRS
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Tennessee
- Ideal candidates will have an interest in teaching resident and fellows
- Urology Residency Program
- Established FPMRS program to join another FPMRS provider
- The region’s only academic urologist and surgeons
- National recognition in the treatment of urological cancers, such as kidney, bladder and prostate.
- Group utilizes the DaVinci robotic equipment at both campuses
- Group fellowship trained in cancer, pelvic floor, incontinence, male fertility, & pediatric urology
- Minimally-invasive treatments for urologic cancers including kidney-sparing cancer surgery and urinary bladder surgery
- Group specializes in prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, testicular cancer, upper tract tumors, urethral cancer, penile cancer, male reproductive issues, male hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, peyronie's disease, and adrenal tumors
