REQUIREMENTS:
TECHNICAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Strong technical training of various segments of the software to prospects and clients
• Delivers group and or individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, and or
operational areas of the software
• Prepare and deliver an overview of the software to prospects
• Provides and maintains a happy, friendly, and professional demeanor when providing software
support to all customers.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology • Skill in preparing instructional aids and plans
• Learn the ins and outs of the proprietary software and present it to clients as needed
• Strong customer service skills and professional email and telephone etiquette
ASSIST IN NEW CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
• Perform implementation tasks (project management)
• Track and provide reporting on projects and activities for new clients
• Maintain and track milestones, ensuring deadlines are not missed. Coordinates regularly
scheduled meetings with clients as needed and does not rely solely on email.
• Actively manage assigned deployment documentation and associated communication with all
parties internal and external for these projects.
• Drive decision-making in project meetings with the help of the Manager and other internal
resources to ensure timelines are met.
• Delegate action items as needed to support staff, database team, and training department.
Follow through ensuring work is completed on time so as to not slow down the project.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with wide
range of constituencies
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate responsive programs and initiatives including training plans, curricula, and methodology
• Act as company liaison to clients
ASSIST IN TECHNICAL TASKS WITH BASIC KNOWLEDGE
• Understanding and managing Data Conversion Projects • Crystal Reports pertaining to client-
facing documents.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows both server and desktop
• Excellent written and oral communication and documentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills • Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Have the flexibility to work in other non-training areas as assigned by the manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by management including but not
limited to software updates and upgrades
• Travel may be required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in a related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Comprehensive knowledge of training plan, curriculum, and aid design and development
• Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, operational, and/or specialty
training events and program
• Teaching and facilitation skills
• Minimum of 2 years of Project management experience
• Ability to assess training needs and objectives

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate
