Job Description:
- Manage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting process
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Guide hiring managers by establishing and clearly communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.
- Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition hiring process, policies, and procedures
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and candidates
- Utilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positions
- Construct and negotiate complex offers
- Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations
- Proactively maintain/manage market intelligence
- Keep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce them to Northern as appropriate
- 5 years of recruiting for positions from the senior to executive level
- Experience recruiting for positions in Asset Servicing/Financial Services is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated sourcing techniques, including building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
- Effective consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources partners and external third parties
- Understanding and delivery of complex compensation policies and practices
- Excellent time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountability
- Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM to efficiently manage candidates. (Workday Recruiting experience is a plus).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
