- Ability to prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
- Accurately file paperwork
- Proficient in typing
- Previous experience using database applications
- Previous experience using AS400
Hours: Start times, 7:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts per day
The Receptionist shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: The majority of the Receptionist's job will include data entry, switchboard operator, and accounting. As such, this individual will need to be proficient with and enjoy detailed work.
Responsibility will include greeting people in person and over the phone and as such, needs a good telephone voice and a pleasant disposition. It is imperative that he or she can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as work well with numbers.
He or she will need to be a self-starter and able to work without direct supervision. Will be required to sit for long periods of time. Will be required to lift and move large amounts of paperwork (boxes of files). Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.
Health, dental, and vision, available within 30 days from hire
401(k), retirement, and vacation time are available after one year of employment.
