Complies with department rules, policies, and procedures, maintaining and supporting a safe and encouraging work environment.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the outlet.
Function independently and without constant supervision.
Responsible for the preparation of the business and will assist with the cleanliness/readiness of the area.
Assures opening and/or closing check lists are completed.
Collects a bank prepared for them at satellite ensuring that the amount is correct and is transported to their workstation.
Provide a level of service that makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
Effectively rings in all orders and collects the correct amount of money or any other form of payment from the customer.
Reporting to leadership any positive comments or concerns about the service or menu offerings.
Prepares all menus and menu boards for each business day and makes changes accordingly.
When working independently, assembles and cooks chicken along with assembly and service of other deli items accurately.
Will assist with other duties as requested by Managers and Supervisors.
May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training.
Maintains RBS certification and practice this knowledge daily.
Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming license. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Completion of Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) preferred. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS system preferred. Some experience in the restaurant business is helpful. Must be customer driven and able to reach each guest's wants and needs and be able to exceed their expectations. Abilities: Must be able to initiate contact with new customers with a smile, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of guest service. Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours. Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and can lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
