Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their fabric retail needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their retail needs, including choosing fabric, cutting fabric, and creating kits and bundles.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Knowledge of quilting and sewing basics
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to perform basic stock duties such as restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Familiarity with quilting and sewing math

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
