Position Summary
Provide support to all students enrolled in early childhood degrees/credential programs.
Reporting Relationship
Program Coordinator-Early Childhood Education, Dean of CTE
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide support to students in subject matter via group and/or individual tutoring.
- Host workshops on scheduled topics.
- Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in discipline.
- Two years’ teaching or tutoring experience.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to relate to a diverse student body.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Discipline.
- Three to five years of teaching experience.
Anticipated Work Hours and Days
Part time, Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Salary
$25/hr.
