Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding opportunity to serve veterans? The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll make a difference in the lives of veterans by providing top-notch primary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to veterans in accordance with VA standards.
• Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Adhere to VA medical staff by-laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 5 years as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Must not be listed on the OIG excluded parties list

Additional Information:

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Federal Holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other day declared a national holiday.

Compensation (maximum rates):

• Hourly Rate: $84
• Weekly Pay: $3,360
• Monthly Pay: $14, 560
• Annual Pay: $174,720
