Job Description Pratt (Jet Corr), Inc. is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for the Corrugating Division located in Conyers, GA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Direct all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews, and unemployment compensation hearings
- Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacation
- Serve as primary source of contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on all human resource related matters
- Maintain and administer all HR reports and records as required by state and federal laws
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information
- Compute, post, and maintain reports related to employee leave and absentees
- Process biweekly payroll
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Organize and communicate employee programs
- Maintain manning chart
- Additional duties as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE - Three to Five years' experience as a HR generalist
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
- BS degree in HR Administration/Business Management
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Safety/OSHA/Workers Compensation beneficial
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret financial statements, general business periodicals, professional journals, operating and maintenance instructions, regulatory laws and manuals, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the company
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
TECHNICAL SKILLS Computer literate (MS Office including Word and Excel)
Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations
Preferred Candidates with experience with ADP
