Pratt Industries is Hiring a Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst Near Bentonville, AR

Job Description
As a Replenishment Analyst at Pratt you will cultivate relationships and work closely with Big Box Customer, the Account Manager(s) and a plethora of internal teams. You will be responsible for driving insights and replenishment analytics through data analysis in preparation of writing and submitting daily/weekly orders to achieve our Customers KPI's and sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary contact with our Customer's Replenishment leading bi-weekly meetings to review the business, current initiatives and address opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager(s) at the Customer on business objectives and initiatives to drive replenishment strategies
  • Monitor and deliver weekly reporting for the core Replenishment KPI`s (Instocks, inventory, Fill Rate, and Days of Supply); call out opportunities, seek root cause(s) as well as corrective measure(s) to be taken
  • Collaborates with internal supply chain teams on actions to be taken to achieve and maintain OTIF (On Time in Full) compliance as well as assist and prepare lead time audit form(s)
  • Understand retailer ordering and shipping patterns and utilize the information to build effective forecasts
  • Analyze forecast/supply plan accuracy and perform necessary analysis to determine root cause to continuously improve numbers
  • Pull and analyze data to identify potential issues that impact instock/inventory at store and DC level to optimize availability and maximize inventory efficiency
  • Analyze past and current business trends (POS, forecast, inventory, etc.) and provide recommendations to Customer Replenishment on improvement opportunities
  • Communication and collaborate with the internal planning purchasing team on future inventory concerns
  • Prepare and submit the Weekly the Customer's Ladder Plan
  • Perform PO Maintenance (MABD extensions, PO Line Cancellations, etc.) via NOVA
  • Utilize Retail Link to provide Ad hoc analytical support to drive key programs, initiatives and replenishment recommendations
  • Review, prepare and propose manual orders (i.e. SSO's, PNEW's, and Supplemental Orders) to Customer's Replenishment daily.
  • Provide support and data analysis for collaborative meetings between the customer, sales, and supply chain (JBP meetings, line reviews, etc.)
  • Manage special supply chain/replenishment projects as necessary to support internal/external initiatives
  • Attend and participate in all applicable weekly, bi-monthly or monthly meetings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 years of progressive responsibility as a Sales Replenishment Analyst supporting Big Box Retailer
  • Retail Link experience is required; experience and knowledge of GRS, NOVA, OTIF Scorecard, Supplier Center, Item 360, and OMS is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of SSO PNEW's creation and submission, including data analytics to drive store lists
  • Experience with additional facets such as lead time audits, item creation, monitoring the Customer's scorecard, PO extensions and cancellations, and general Customer's business processes
  • Excellent communication skills with external customers, peers, supervisors and internal supporting teams
  • Manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver accurate and timely results
  • Capacity to learn quickly and prioritize tasks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint); experience working with three dimensional spreadsheets and complex formulas in Excel, particular V-lookups and Pivot tables
  • Experience with AS400 and Tableau
  • Ability to travel for short periods of time
  • eCommerce or Omni Channel knowledge

This position requires work in both an office setting and possibly manufacturing setting. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Office areas may or may not be environmentally controlled. Work often requires after hours communication or extended work hours, including weekend or evening work. Working conditions in the manufacturing setting may or may not be environmentally controlled resulting in hot or cold temperatures depending on weather conditions. While working in the manufacturing area, the employee may work in areas where there is moving warehouse equipment and must exercise care to avoid injury in these environments.
