## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.

## Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the properties
- Oversee leasing activities and tenant relations
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts effectively
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks

## Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, including facilities management and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and negotiation processes
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations
- Ability to handle conflict management and problem-solving efficiently
- Proficiency in office operations related to real estate management

Pay: $50,598.00 - $78,463.00 per year
