This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, and Florida.

- 3 years experience in talent acquisition. Full lifecycle recruiting is your bread and butter and you do it well.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing qualified talent. You enjoy mining through a variety of sources to identify qualified talent for open positions. Linkedin Recruiter is your best friend.
- Ring, ring, who’s calling? You like to be on the phone? Great! Our candidates are eager to meet you, learn more about our roles, and find out if we’re mutually interested in working together. You're hiring software engineers, quality assurance analysts, product designers, and delivery leaders.
- Cultivate relationships. Are you the kind of person that nobody is a stranger to? We love to hear it! Maintaining relationships with potential Praxenters for a one-of-a-kind interview experience is essential. You'll be responsible for maintaining a time to hire of <25 days.
- Coordinate a seamless recruitment process. Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is an up-to-date picture in time is the kind of thing that wakes you up in the morning. You schedule, coordinate, and walk each candidate (and interviewer) through their interview process.
- Monitor assessments. We enjoy getting to know the whole person in our recruitment process. That whole person includes technical and personality assessments. You monitor these assessments so candidates stay informed and eager about Praxent.
- Communicating clearly. Projects get done right when the team is working together and communicating clearly. You set the tone.
- Ensure a superlative experience. We all know what it’s like to be a candidate. You empathetically use that motivation in your encounters with candidates through their process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $71,596 to $84,318 benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
