The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the maintenance, repair, restoration, replacement, supervision, transportation, cleaning, equipment, tools, and all operations required to maintain the housing site.

Responsible for: procurement of supplies and maintenance of apartment units, utility systems, common areas, grounds, trees, shrubbery, sidewalks, parking areas, driveways, roads, access roads, recreational facilities, inventory, and all other components and systems of the total housing site. The Superintendent directly supervises the work and output of all other Maintenance staff members. All Maintenance staff members are expected to work in a way that is consistent with the goals of the property, position, and the Management Company. Preventive and regular property maintenance, service and work order requests, long-term capital planning & projects.

• Computer skills and experience are critical in this job. We are willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn. Our Maintenance positions come with administrative responsibilities and technology requirements, and we need the right person to uphold the systems and records that have been put in place. Please note that this position has an on-call, snow, and emergency requirement and will be expected to handle 24/7 emergency calls.
