About the Opportunity You would be visiting with our patients in their homes. Their homes could be in an assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility, or private home. You are looking for someone who would like to sing to them or with them. Also playing musical instruments would be a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Designs a variety of music. Collaborates with members of the Hospice Team in planning sessions. Attends and participates in in services, staff meetings, and case conferences as required. Complies with policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation: Based on experience.
