**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a legal setting.

**Duties:**

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner

- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes

- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

-Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus

-Spanish language fluency is a plus
