Position Overview: The Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting our foundry and machine shop services with existing and potential clients, developing marketing strategies to attract new clients, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns tailored to the foundry and machining industry..
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both casting and billet machining services.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our processes and products.
• Perform follow-up sales activities for sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Analyze market trends to update sales strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the job shop industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into benefits for the customer.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
