As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated team.
Position Overview:As a Project Manager at Precise LLC, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction and remediation projects from initiation to completion. The position requires driving across the state of Connecticut to supervise and coordinate various construction and remediation sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Construction Expertise: Utilize your construction expertise to provide technical guidance, solve construction-related challenges, and ensure the successful implementation of construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Remediation Expertise: Oversee remediation projects, including site assessment, remediation planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them. Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project financials, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction and remediation projects meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety on construction and remediation sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Travel Requirement: Regular travel is required across the state of Connecticut to oversee construction and remediation sites and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction and remediation industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction and remediation processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and other company platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the state of Connecticut.
