Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a team environment. This position is perfect for someone with a strong interest in sports medicine, sports performance, and orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:

• Administer therapeutic modalities to patients, including but not limited to electric stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, cryotherapy, Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill, and hot packs.
• Provide therapeutic stretching based on patient conditions.
• Assist the team with rehabilitation programs, including patient-specific strengthening and conditioning exercises.
• Conduct patient examinations and reevaluations.
• Perform manual manipulation techniques as warranted by the patient’s condition.
• Maintain accurate and thorough progress notes, reevaluations, and patient case management reports.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
• Experience in sports medicine, sports performance, or orthopedics is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
