Summary
The Inside Sales Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the annual sales plan, segment, assigned region(s) and sales team managed. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the oversight of sales administration, productivity, and directs their effort to have the greatest overall impact on company results.
The Inside Sales Manager manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, training, disciplining, and motivating direct-report sales associates.
