SUMMARY

The Specification Technician satisfies all customer requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met. The Technician reviews, catalogs, and comments to all industry specifications and customer specifications, reviews both the customers PO’s and the Sales orders to ensure accuracy as well as the mills capability to perform customer requests, acts as a key liaison between the internal organization (including Sales, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Applications Support, etc.). Specifications handling from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate
• Some college preferred or applicable job training.
• Experience with Oracle or other systems, a plus.
• Experience with PC based communications and analysis tools including Internet, Email, MS office.
