Precision Group is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Female Security Staff Officer to join our strategic security operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring the safety and security of related tasks while respecting the privacy and comfort of our female clients and/or within women-only specific locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing protective services to selective clients, business and related assets in various environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct nature of sensitive and private work environments applicable to only women professionals.
• Performance of protective security solutions through daily operations.
• Monitor CCTV and dispatch procedures within emergency command centers.
• Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify and implement security measures to mitigate potential risks to client and related assets to include emergency quick reaction force (QRF) protocols.
• Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients and detail members via accurate report writing and dispatch protocols.
• Accompany and provide guidance to clients through various locations while providing continuous protection at all times.
• Possess the ability to operate in a covert and/or overt capacity as required.
• Provide secure transportation measures for clients when applicable.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans as directed by standard operating procedures.
• Conduct surveillance and intelligence operations.
• Maintain a peak mental and physical readiness.
• Possess a keen attention to detail, professionalism, sharp appearance, punctual mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gain and maintain all state/federal licensing and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Must be a United States Citizen
• Must reside in Hawaii upon application
• Must possess an active GDE State of Hawaii license
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Pass a successful background check as a condition of employment
• Pass a drug test as a condition of employment
• Willing to attend and pass testing and training courses as a condition of employment
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military capacity.
