Sales Representative for Landscape Construction
**Must be willing to relocate to Ottertail, MN or surrounding areas**
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative at Precision is responsible to bring a consistent flow of profitable new business in accordance with the sales and marketing plan. They will be responsible to Sales Manager. Responsible for sales metrics, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Monitor installation of hardscapes/softscapes/services and customer’s perception and attitudes towards the services provided. Identify and communicate to the Precision team any specific customer preferences or requests for service and immediately works to provide solutions to any customer complaints.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
· In office daily, for team meetings, collaboration, and training
· Follow the sales process through all steps every time
· Make outbound calls daily – lead generation, return calls, follow ups
· Enter leads and document interactions into HubSpot and LMN
· Convert leads to proposals
· Sell proposals/Close
· Sell to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Meet and exceed all sales goals
· Weekly reports to Sales manager of weeks leads, conversion to proposals, closes.
· Communicate with the Sales Manager, Project Manager and team members, and clients throughout the project.
· Strive for continuous personal improvement, sales training on Cardone University and other platforms, training with other sales team members, promoting growth throughout the company.
· Embrace the company mission statement, vision, and core values to promote alignment with team members, clients, and the company.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Knowledge of all services provided by Precision
· Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various recurring maintenance and landscape projects.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-moving environment.
· Perform ethically and with integrity.
· Carry and use a smartphone for communication and reporting.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays
· Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
· Ability to maintain company and client confidential information
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Minimum of one year experience in the landscape/construction industry
· Able to speak, read, and write English
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Capable of driving and taking measurements at job sites.
· Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
· Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
