Are you a night owl? PPC has two Openings on our 8 hour night shift. Work Sunday night through Friday morning and get a head start an you your weekend!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts themselves safely and ensures all immediate crew members work safe.
• Ability to train, coach, or mentor backup operators or line assistants as needed.
• Operates equipment effectively meeting or exceeding PPC or customer quality standards.
• Proficiently operates equipment to meet or exceed daily production targets.
• Accurately records downtime, data, recipe alterations, and machine adjustments.
• Supports preventative maintenance as specified.
• Constructively offers feedback on immediate crew members.
• Ensures workspace is clean and organized meeting minimum 5S and other housekeeping standards.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred 1-3 years’ in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
