YOU WILL BE…
- Joining an established company with a track record of success, offering a competitive compensation program with a bonus, a 401K plan, and a stock purchase plan
- Working with a strong finance/controllers team in support of transactional accounting activities
- Reviewing and matching cost records and purchase orders to invoices, and processing payments to vendors
- Accounting for materials received, but not invoiced and maintaining payment records, including vendor claims
- Preparing 1099's
- Processing invoices after balancing shipments, and processing wire transfers and ACH payments
- Assisting with collections and new account credit approvals
- Assisting with month-end closing/reporting, and other duties as assigned
- A.S. Degree or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3 years of business office/accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- An individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
