ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Direct hire role for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes invoices, check requests, expense reports for payment
- Pays vendors and monitors discount opportunities.
- Resolves purchase order, contract, invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Performs data entries on various computer systems.
- Provides audit support as needed and communicates gaps or concerns prior to audit.
- Reviews, researches, and processes outstanding credits by applying credits to the correct invoices.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma is required.
- 2 years of accounts payable experience or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
