Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- Onsite Desktop Support
- Duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of IT equipment
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- A certification
- Deskside Support Experience
- Great Customer Service
- 3 years of PC/Laptop/Printer support experience
- Lexmark certifications highly desirable
