Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer who can bring their expertise in SailPoint and Ping to join our clients team. You will be consulting on best practices for IAM policies. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services to clients on IAM solutions, focusing on SailPoint and Ping.
• Design, implement, and manage SSO, MFA, and RBAC solutions to enhance security and user experience.
• Conduct assessments and develop IAM policies tailored to client needs.
• Advise clients on best practices and industry standards in IAM.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on consulting.
• Proven expertise in SailPoint and Ping Identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing IAM policies and procedures.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) are a plus.
