Type : Temp to Hire, Full Time
Location : Fargo, ND
Compensation : $22 - $24 / hour , DOE, Excellent Benefits
Schedule : Monday Thursday 3 : 25pm 1 : 55am
Position Overview :
Oversee the scheduling of fabrication production materials, work orders, etc.
Supervise and direct leads and supervisors to ensure production needs are being met.
Work closely with the production manager to address any issues with orders, raw materials, staff, etc.
Communicate with the team when arriving to ensure smooth transition of shifts, as well as coordinate workload with other departments.
Train production staff members and monitor productivity.
Ensure that staff are compliant and up to date with SOP guidelines.
Maintain accurate, orderly records of business activities.
Trouble shoot and approach problems with a forward-thinking attitude.
Other general duties as assigned by management.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Good communication skills necessary to communicate with leadership and staff members alike.
