Location: Fargo, ND
Type: Full Time
Compensation: $70k - $82k/year, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm
Position Overview:
- Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Manage partnership tax returns and stay updated on tax laws.
- Coordinate and support external audits.
- Oversee daily accounting tasks and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
- 3 years in accounting, focusing on partnership taxation and financial reporting.
- Strong GAAP, tax, and accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in Excel; QuickBooks and Yardi a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
