Job Title: Program Director Program: School Based- Brick Memorial Location: 2001 Lanes Mill Road, Brick New Jersey 08724 Position Type: Full Time Job Description/Summary The Program Director is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the School Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP) at Brick Memorial High School. The Program Director provides day-to-day supervision to their assigned staff, facilitates program and event planning, and coordinates with school administration. Additional responsibilities include budget management, conducting reports, and ensuring proper documentation. Competencies

Proficiently communicates- written and verbal
Competency in working with adolescents/youth and families
Qualifications
Education - Master's Degree in related field (counseling/social work)
Licensure - LPC; LCSW
Experience - 5 years experience in providing services to youth/adolescents
Experience - 2 years of supervisory experience
