Aria Nursing and Rehab is looking a Physical Therapist Assistant to aide in the restoration and enhancement of independent function and maximizes independence in those individuals whose living status has been compromised by illness and/or injury.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provides treatment which meets needs and uses current treatment knowledge in accordance with the Facility clinical procedures.
- Treats patients under the direction of the Physical Therapist, communicates with families, physicians and other interdisciplinary team members, and documents services in the medical record.
- Provides accurate, complete, and clear documentation.
- Consistently demonstrate the Facility’s interdisciplinary approach to resident/patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.
Educational requirements:
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License for State of Michigan.
