Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in phlebotomy techniques, have experience working in hospital or clinical laboratory settings, and excel in providing exceptional patient service. Duties: - Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients in various settings, including hospitals and clinics - Collect blood samples and ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens - Conduct vital sign assessments prior to blood sampling - Utilize knowledge of anatomy and aseptic techniques to perform blood draws safely and efficiently - Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate any concerns - Maintain accurate records of blood samples collected and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory - Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate specimen collection and processing Experience: - Previous experience as a Mobile Phlebotomist in a healthcare setting is preferred - Proficiency in medical terminology related to phlebotomy procedures - Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations and equipment - Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices Joining our team as a Mobile Phlebotomist offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in phlebotomy and patient care will be valued.
