The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for the daily/monthly reporting, reconciliation, and remittance of loan activity and calculated funds due to Investors/Owners of pools of mortgage loans.

What you will do:

• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes
• Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accurately 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Energetic and hardworking

You have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or closely related field. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.4
• 2 years of work experience
• Ability to interpret data and analyze problems 
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient Analytical skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously
